For the hunter

A Medic is there to keep you alive, but you are a team, so it's your job keep your medic alive. This means making sure when multiple mobs attack or they spawn right on top of you that they all attack you and your medic can do his work and not cause unnecessary armor decay.

When hunting mobs that require TPing and you have not been there before with your medic it is vital you provide him with the right instructions to get there.

For the Medic

Keeping you alive is of course the obvious job your medic has to perform. To do this our medics use a range of both L ballfaps and an emergyfap. To keep decay costs as low as possible and to lower the risk of a critical hit killing you our medics will keep your health at near maximum, but will prefend overfapping/spamfapping/scamfapping. I.e. you get a crit of 98% of your HP, your medic will immediatly swith to his backup fap and heal you to about half HP, from that point the best L fap will be used to heal the rest of your HP without overfapping, the final HP will be "topped off" with either the T10, T5 or T1 fap. Now you are back at full HP and you are ready for another crit.

All our medics are discrete. This means that what happens on a job stays on a job. We don't approve practices like kill stealing whatsoever but we respect the decesions you make and we wont go off telling about what happened. In this case this is something that should be sorted by you, the hunter, and the one the kill belonged to.

Healing in groups

Solo healing is straight forward. Healing teams isn't. When multiple medics heal a group, primairy responsabilities are assigned and communication in PMs is maintained. But this alone can't garentee a good hunt.

For the best result all group member should stay close together, when no tactics like "ping ponging" are being used, this enables the medic to spend more time healing and less time running around. Also less running around will ensure that your medic does not get in the line of fire, which results in a waste of ammo.

Your medic is there to support the team, but does not get an equal share in the HoFs and globals. You need to pay decay only, and if you had a good hunt, give him a nice tip. This should be clear at the start of any team hunt and will prevent your fellow team members bitching about your medic only healing and not deserving a share of the loot.

Splitting the decay. When healing a group it should be clear from the start which members want to be healed and which don't. Once that has been established all team members to be healed need to agree on splitting the decay equally or that one team hunter will cover the decay. This will prevent alot of misunderstandings at the end of the hunt.
